Last week at my friend Lyn's workshop, this was a Thank You gift that all those in attendance received. I got a cheapo flower pot from Home Depot and modge podged Berry Blossoms DSP onto it. Each of these flowers contains a post-it note pad inside. I closed the pads by using a brad. They are attached with sticky strip to a bamboo skewer.
DIRECTIONS 1) Started with a 3"x6.5" inch piece of CS to match the scallop circle. I scored on the 6.5" side at 3 and 3.5 to cover a 3x3 post it pad. 2) Cut out 2 Large Scallop Circles with your Big Shot and attach to bottom and top of 3"x6.5" piece. 3) Cut out a 3.5"circle of cardstock in a color matching your DSP then layer it onto your scallop circle. 4) Cut a 3" circle out of DSP with your Big Shot and attach to cs circle from previous Step 3). Wanted to wrap bamboo skewers with florists tape but ran out of time.
If you'd like a new catalog or don't have a demonstrator I'd be more then happy to send you a catalog. I just need your address and money for postage 2U. Email me at [email protected] to get your copy.
