STAMPIN in the SON !!!!!

NAC #5

This is our challenge for this week!!! It's another sketch challenge.  Let us kow if you decide to play with us!!!

I used the new Holiday Paper Stack from the holiday mini to make this card.  The CS: Island Indigo/Cherry Cobbler/Whisper White   Other: 3/8" Taffetta Whisper White Ribbon.  I believe the Stamp Set used:was Loving Thoughts and I stamped the words in island indigo ink.

TIP TIME:  To make the flags I slit up the center of each piece of DSP and then cut from a corner into the center, to the top of split. You can also use a square punch and do the same thing!!

NAC #4

This one was hard for me!!! I'm not very good with colors and Soft Subtles are not my favs to work with, but I think I did ok!!!! Funny that I do it for a living huh!! Check out the work of my fellow NACHO Design Team friends HERE!!

I think I liked this sketch challenge the best so far!!! Then again I went with a Christmas in July theme and Christmas stuff always makes me happy!!! I think I prefer sketch challenges to color ones!!! Little bit more freedom!!!  Don't forget to check out the girls and their designs HERE!!!

And here's what I did with it!!!!  I used the new Road to Happiness stamp set and rotated the design a bit!!! Colors used where Real Red, Lucky Limeade and Daffodil Delight!!!
