STAMPIN in the SON !!!!!

6x6 Recipe Swap.

At one of our group meetings we got together and did a recipe swap.  We brought the dish that we scrapbooked the recipe for and then we exchanged 6x6 pages of recipes.  This is a fun way to try new recipes and get started in scrapbooking.  It's really easy to do, and who know what else you may decide to scrapbook!!!! The first set of recipes in the top left corner are kind of neat. The recipe on the left was ALL done using My Digital Studio. The recipe on the right used the ornament punch flipped upsidedown to make the kisses.

Last but Not Least SB Part 3

And finally my favorite page!!!  Once again the images were found on the internet.  Toy Story is my favorite movie of all time.  I'm a big big DISNEY fan and this was so much fun to do.

She's to Cool SB Pages Part 2

The pages in the next 2 posts are all about me.  I made a "ME"album from my grade school - college years.

Finding photos of me in college was a bit difficult because I was usually the one behind the camera!!!

These next 3 sets of pages will have to be filled in with pictures of me and my hubby when I can find some time.  Now that I'm back on my feet. I've been super super busy!!!

  That's all I have for you today!!!  Hope I've inspired you to try scrap-booking.  With our Simply Scrappin Kits it's super easy and fun to make albums in an evening.  this one took me about 2hrs total for 20 pages.!!!

She's to Cool SB Pages

Once again I was challenged to start using up some of my retired Stampin Up product.  The pages in the next 2 posts are all about me.  I made a "ME"album from my grade school - college years.  Notice the many different hairstyles throughout the years :o)   My handwriting is awful but it's all about me and my life, bad writing included. :o)

    

I really had some whacky hairstyles.  Can you tell I grew up in the 70's!!!!

That's it for my teen years.  WOW does this bring back some memories!!!!

Spring is in the Air!!!

I've been trying to use up some of my retired Stampin Up products lately.  It was warm and sunny in New Mexico but extremely windy.  I got to thinking about Spring and how this year I will be able to enjoy it.  Last yr. I was couch bound from Feb- June because of my car accident. This year I'm going to enjoy it fully.  I've created two SB pages with a SPRING theme below for you to enjoy.

   

Page on LEFT = Stamp-Ink-Paper only
Ingredients = CS: Only Orange and Whisper White... Stamp Set: Fresh Flowers and ? on the word Friends... Inks: Only Orange

Page on RIGHT   Ingredients = CS: Barely Banana - Lavender Lace - Mellow Moss - Whisper White... Stamp Set:  In Full Bloom... Inks: Lavender Lace...Other: Simply Scrappin Kit In Full Bloom

SNOWY FUN

Is going to be the title of these pages as soon as soon as I find some spare time. We got to go home and surprise my family at Christmas.  We arrived, and not 10 minutes after getting to Chicago it snowed for almost 3 days.  Haven't had time to develop the photos for this layout but you get the idea!!!

  

 
INGREDIENTS   CardStock: Night of Navy - Ballet Blue - Whisper White...  StampSets: Lovely As A Tree and Snowflakes(one of the many we've sold not sure on the name) ... Inks: Bashful Blue - Ballet Blue - Night of Navy - Versamark...  Punches: Large/Small Tags... Other: White Embossing Powder

DIRECTIONS

1. Stamp Lovely As a Tree images onto bottom of white cardstock with versamark ink.  Do this on the bottom of both pages.
2. Dump white embossing powder over images and heat emboss.
3. The page on the left is left as is. I then sponged Night of Navy ink over image to create a night sky effect.
4. The page on the right I used an exacto knife to cut the image out at the top to make a pocket. I stuck tags down inside it. Also sponged it with Night of Navy ink.
5. The rest is self explanatory.
