STAMPIN in the SON !!!!!

OUCH...This Really Hurt!!!

Its been awhile since I've posted and let me just explain why.  Monday Feb 9th on my way home from planning some awesome events and projects for the upcoming 2 monthes I was in a head on collision.  A gentleman had a seizure and his car jumped the median and plowed head first into my car.  This picture is all I have left of my 11 year old car.

  I now also have an enlarged spleen(with golf ball sized cyst) - a broken rib(making breathing a new experience) and 3 broken bones in my foot/ankle.  WOW!!! OUCH!!!!  I suspose in the 29+ years I've been on the planet I've been fortunate.. Everyone who sees the photo below says I'm lucky  to be alive.  God not luck is who I attribute my being here to.  Anyone have an old Tauraus or Mercury Sable they no longer want ??? SERIOUSLY!!! I'd buy this car again in a heartbeat.

Baby Shower Gift...Part 2B

Mom and baby were well and enjoyed the party today.  Just thought I'd share a couple party pictures.

   

This was a cake made out of cloth diapers and then decorated with the Cricut machine and one of the baby cartridges.  I think it would probably be re-produceable to some extent using the Sizzix machine.

It's About Time....

YES IT'S STILL ME...I've had the same blog banner for 7 months now and it was getting a little bit old to me. I decided to change it up in honor of Valentine's Day coming up.  One of my favorite candies is M&M's  I saw these Valentine colored ones in the store and thought they'd make a cute blog banner. What do you think?

Baby Shower Postponed...;o(

I woke up at 1pm all excited to give my friend her gift and when I went to leave it was snowing. Now I know it snows in most places but here in New Mexico if we get an inch of snow the world shuts down!!! I think all of NM has 3 snowplows. The cool thing is, that when we do get snow, it's usually gone by noon the next day.;o)

I'm from Chicago and my hubbie from MN and we find it hysterical that people out here can't drive in snow.  But it's better to be safe than sorry. Everything is either shut down or postponed when this happens. In the past we've been stuck with no food for a weekend and lived on PB & J.

The baby shower has been postponed until this Sunday. So I will post the other 2 gifts I made her Sunday night and Monday afternoon.

Happy New Year

          HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

I learned a long time ago never to make New Year's Resolutions cause I'm really no good at keeping them! ;o) Either that or I set unreal expectations for myself.  This year 1 of my 2 resolutions is to be more in touch with my bussiness, my  customers and my friends.  That means more blogging, more workshops and classes, and more web tutorials and neat ideas! Hopefully, I'll be posting at least 3 times a week so check back often! I have lots to share.

The other resolution is that this is the year of organizing my home and life. I'll keep you posted on that one as I get started.
